Il Progetto MicroKyoto, promosso dalla Provincia di Bologna, facilita alle imprese della Provincia l'accesso a servizi e conoscenze per diminuire le emissioni di anidride carbonica (CO2).
Il "metodo MicroKyoto" si basa sulla realizzazione di azioni quantificabili di riduzione di CO2, sulla raccolta dei dati e sulla stima delle emissioni risparmiate attraverso sistemi di calcolo trasparenti e verificabili. L'adesione al progetto da parte delle aziende prevede l'impegno a fornire i dati sulle azioni realizzate e a monitorare costantemente i risultati ottenuti. www.provincia.bologna.it/imprese
The project, promoted by the Province of Bologna, offers the companies knowledge, instruments and services aimed at decreasing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.
The “MicroKyoto methodology” is based on the accomplishment of measureable actions for the reduction of CO2 emissions, on the collection of data and estimation of saved emissions applying a transparent calculation methodology. The subscription to the project demands the companies to provide data and information on the accomplished actions and to continuously monitor their results.

It's a cluster initiative, born within the Construction Platform of the High Technology Network of Emilia-Romagna, that aims at gathering researchers, designer, builders, building material companies and insititutions and promoting their collaboration on a continuous basis on the topics of sustainable building refurbishment.
Il progetto ECCELSA (Environmental Compliance based on Cluster Experiences and Local Sme-oriented Approaches), cofinanziato dal programma LIFE e nato nell'ambito della Rete Cartesio, ha l’obiettivo di aiutare le PMI a ridurre l'impatto dei propri processi produttivi sull'ambiente e incrementare la conformità ambientale rispetto alle norme e alle politiche di settore nazionali ed europee. www.eccelsalife.it

Il progetto AQUA ha l’obiettivo di supportare l’innovazione dei processi produttivi delle imprese del settore agro-alimentare sul piano della riduzione dei consumi e degli sprechi idrici, così da dimostrare l’ampio margine di miglioramento ottenibile. In particolare, il progetto si occuperà di:
- Valutare le buone pratiche esistenti a livello internazionale in campo di uso efficiente e riuso della risorsa idrica, analizzandone e quantificandone i benefici ottenuti in termini ambientali.
- Elaborare un kit per il risparmio idrico da diffondere nelle imprese.
- Coinvolgere le imprese del settore sia all’interno di un panel di esperti, sia come luoghi di sperimentazione delle azioni di miglioramento individuate.
Questi obiettivi si realizzeranno attraverso la promozione di forme innovative di collaborazione e di confronto fra il settore pubblico e privato, che mettano a servizio della gestione e preservazione dei beni comuni, l’esperienza di tutti i protagonisti coinvolti.
The AQUA project aims at innovating the productive processes of the agri-food business sector to reduce water consumption and waste, in order to demonstrate the feasibility and the potential achievable. In particular the project will:
- Evaluate the international best practices regarding efficient water management and reuse, analyzing and quantifying the benefits in terms of environmental and economic outcomes.
- Define a water saving kit to spread among companies.
- Engage the companies of the agri-food sector through the involvement in a panel of experts and through the actual implementation and test of the kit in their systems.
These objectives will be achieved through the implementation of innovative forms of collaboration and confront between the public and the private sector, i.e. the private-public partnerships, instruments of governance that favor the capitalization of the experiences of all the subjects involved, for a better management of the commons.
